Petite Arvine vigne Rovettaz Vallée D’Aoste DOC
by Grosjean
Petite Arvine grows at 550 metres a.s.l. in the Rovettaz vineyard, which features sharp inclination and it’s exposed to the south, enjoying remarkably dry and windy climate; we have chosen to adopt strictly eco-compatible agronomic techniques in this area.
The outcome is a wine featuring bright straw-yellow colour, intense bouquet, floral notes and citrus sensations, expecially of pink grapefruit; its good sapidity and well balanced acid structure ensure long-term ageing.
It makes a good accompaniment to starters, white meats and fish
